Italian sportswear brand Macron has become the main kit supplier for Scottish Premiership clubs this season. The Bologna based manufacturer supplies five out of twelve Premiership clubs with their outfit.
For the 2024/2025 Premiership season Macron provides the home, away and training kits for Dundee FC, Motherwell, St Mirren, Ross County and St Johnstone. The manufacturer has been creating sportswear since 1971 and has now officially become the main kit supplier of choice in the Scottish top flight.
Sportswear brand adidas is the second biggest kit supplier in the Premiership. The German manufacturer has partnered with both Celtic and Aberdeen this season.
When also taking into account the Scottish Championship, then Joma pops up as a popular partner of choice for a number of SPFL clubs as well. The Spanish sports clothing and shoes brand provides four out of ten Championship sides with their products. And overall, Joma provides the kits to five out of the twenty two clubs in the top two divisions. This puts the Spanish brand on par with Macron when looking at the top two divisions in general.
